Inclusion Pathway's mission is to integrate people with special needs into the community. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey once they reach the age of 21.

Job Description

We are looking to hire Direct Support ProfessionalS to provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs. Here are some examples of supports that our DSP's provide to our clients

• Assisting individuals with food shopping and meal prep
• Social skills training
• Assisting individuals with housekeeping skills
• Accompanying individuals to recreational activities such as miniature golf, bowling, or simply taking a walk.
• Reasearching, identifying and accompany individuals at social activities, meet up groups and special interest clubs/ organizations that relate to the individuals hobbies
• Transporting and accompanying individual to appointments
• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Detail-oriented
• Reliability in attendance and job performance
• Integrity of character
• Excellent oral and written communication
