Description of Organization:

Inclusion Pathway's mission is to integrate people with special needs into the community. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey once they reach the age of 21.

At Inclusion Pathways we believe that there are many opportunities to be part of a community. We offer many different social, recreational and employment programs to promote and facilitate community inclusion. We help each family that we serve find the right path so that they can live an enriched life. Inclusion Pathways is opening a Community Center in Red Bank, New Jersey called Build and Brew Café to create employment and social opportunities for individuals with special needs where they can interact with the public.

Work Hours

Full Time employees will be required to work the full hours specified below. Part Time employees will work some of these hours. Specific hours will be negotiated upon offer of employment.

Monday and Wednesday - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Thursday - 9am to 1pm

Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm

Friday - 3:30pm to 8:30pm & Saturday - 12pm to 8pm
