Inclusion Pathway's mission is to integrate people with special needs into the community. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey once they reach the age of 21.

At Inclusion Pathways we believe that there are many opportunities to be part of a community. We offer many different social, recreational and employment programs to promote and facilitate community inclusion. We help each family that we serve find the right path so that they can live an enriched life.

Job Description

We are willing to you to care for your loved one with a develupmental disability. Your loved one must be eligable for NJ DDD ( NJ Division of Develupmental Disabilities) funding

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Detail-oriented
• Reliability in attendance and job performance
• Integrity of character
• Excellent oral and written communication
